Automate the queue you can see now
Do not buy every worker at once. Watch a short production window and name the queue: crops waiting to be collected, materials filling storage, ingredients waiting to be cooked, or finished dishes waiting for customers. Improve that one handoff, run the line again, and let the next visible queue decide the next purchase.
This prevents a common late-game mistake: increasing harvest while storage is already full, or increasing kitchen output while finished dishes cannot leave the table. The Restaurant Profit Planner uses the same throughput rule with your own values, not a claimed game formula.
Follow the line through four stages
- HarvestPlots and Farming Drone
- StoreMaterial buffer
- CookKitchen and Chef Drone
- ServeDish table, Clerk Drone, customers
Harvest
Start with crops that can keep one known dish supplied. The video shows a Farming Drone carrying 25 carrots before recharging, but that display is not a global capacity promise. Use it as a reminder to check whether collection trips, Battery, Carry Amount, or the number of Farming Drones is limiting your own input.
Storage
At 18:42, the creator's storage fills after farm output rises. That is evidence of a queue, not proof of a fixed storage rule. If your harvest exceeds what cooking consumes, upgrade the downstream step, reduce surplus, or add capacity only after confirming the buffer is truly the limit.
Cook and serve
The same run later adds Chef Drone automation, then Clerk Drone automation after a dish table becomes full. An approximate eight-second cooking cycle and a displayed $90,000 speed upgrade are tied to that restaurant state. Treat them as a prompt to measure your own cook and service throughput, not as a universal shopping order.
Build automation in deliberate phases
Make one dish repeatable
Keep one crop-to-dish route stable and record the materials it needs. This gives you a usable baseline before any drone changes hide the delay.
Remove repeated harvesting
When collection interrupts cooking or service, test a Farming Drone or the relevant farming upgrade. Watch whether storage starts filling faster than the kitchen can use it.
Fix the cooking queue
When materials wait but dishes appear slowly, test Chef Drone count or cooking speed. Do not buy it just because farming is already automated.
Move completed dishes
When a dish table is full or customers wait, service is now the active constraint. This is the appropriate point to inspect Clerk Drone work.
What the Quacks run visibly shows
These items are short paraphrases with their original video timestamps. They are Community observations, not official formulas, rankings, or promises of the same result.
The Farming Drone display shows a carry capacity of 25 carrots before it returns to recharge after energy is used.
Condition: One Farming Drone in the creator's run; not a verified global capacity rule.
A $50 crop upgrade is shown doubling the creator's visible single-harvest amount.
Condition: Observed on the shown crop and restaurant state; the video does not establish every crop upgrade level or formula.
After adding a second Farming Drone, the video shows Battery and Carry Amount upgrades affecting both active drones.
Condition: One displayed upgrade state; it does not establish all drone-sharing behavior or pricing.
The creator's storage becomes full, demonstrating a Harvest-to-Storage bottleneck after farming capacity rises.
Condition: A visible queue in one layout, not a universal storage capacity or loss formula.
The dish table becomes full before service, showing that a completed-dish queue can also become a bottleneck.
Condition: Shown before service automation in this run; table size and behavior are not generalized.
The creator introduces Chef Drone automation for the cooking stage.
Condition: Role observation only; no universal Chef Drone cost, speed, or recipe capability is claimed.
The video shows a 2x Money Game Pass priced at 5 Robux.
Condition: Optional paid effect shown in the video. The planner leaves it off until the player enables it.
The creator displays a conditional 4x money result under the run's specific paid and temporary conditions.
Condition: Specific video conditions only; never used as the planner default or a global reward claim.
The creator introduces Clerk Drone automation for moving completed dishes into service.
Condition: Role observation only; service speed, price, and limits are not generalized.
The creator describes an approximately eight-second cooking cycle and shows a $90,000 cooking-speed upgrade.
Condition: Approximate cycle and visible upgrade in one state; recipe, tier, and upgrade effects may differ.
The creator shows five Chef Drones alongside a max-carry state.
Condition: Late-run example only; it does not establish a recommended count or a global maximum.
The creator reports reaching 6 billion after the fully automated run.
Condition: One creator result under the shown recipe, upgrades, multipliers, and session conditions; not a projected or guaranteed income.
Keep paid and temporary multipliers outside the baseline
The video displays a 2x Money Game Pass for 5 Robux and a conditional 4x money result. The planner keeps the Game Pass off until you explicitly enable it, and gives temporary or event effects their own input. That keeps a paid or event-specific screenshot from turning into a default income claim.
The creator's six-billion result at 41:39 is a single-run case under the shown recipe, upgrades, multipliers, and session conditions. It cannot predict another restaurant. Use the progression guide, ingredient guide, recipe database, and Recipe Tracker to establish your own dependable inputs before planning scale.
Trace each handoff to a status-aware record
Use the crops catalog for the harvested input and the recipe catalog for the dish record that enters your kitchen. Their Community source and Needs verification labels guide what to test next without asserting a universal production result.
Verify a changed value in the live game and, for patch claims, against an official source before using it to plan the automatic line.
How do I build an automatic restaurant in Automate a Restaurant?
First make one repeatable dish line, then check harvest, storage, cooking, and service in that order. Add or upgrade only the role serving the queue that is visibly waiting, then watch the next queue before spending again.
Do I need every drone before my restaurant is automatic?
No universal drone count is established. One community run shows Farming, Chef, and Clerk Drones handling different stages, but their costs, limits, and ideal counts depend on the current restaurant, recipe, and layout.
Does a 4x multiplier guarantee four times the money?
No. The Quacks video shows a conditional 4x result under its own paid and temporary conditions. It is not a default planner value or a global reward formula.
